Course Name : REAL ESTATE FINANCE
Course Description : An introduction to the real estate finance industry. Topics include the nature and cycle of real estate finance; the
money and monetary system; the secondary mortgage market; instruments of real estate finance; processing
real estate loans; closing real estate loans; and defaults and foreclosures.
Course Credits : 3 units
