Keller Williams, how are you doing today?
A) Great! Well, I assume that you know your home has come off the market. I know that you had it on
the market for some time with another agent and they were unsuccessful at selling it. Is that right?
1. When do you plan to …hire the right agent…for the job to sell your home?
2. Now most people who are in your position and had a bad experience choose to interview new
agents. I assume you plan on interviewing other agents for the job to sell it, right?
a. I mean, you want a second opinion on it, right?
3. Will you be looking to …hire a new agent… for the job to sell it?
B) Great! Well the reason for my call is that I saw your home came off the market and I wanted to find
out if it is still available or if it actually sold.

1. Fantastic, well we specialize in selling homes that didn’t sell the first time AND I was hoping
you’d be free to …get together…for about 15 minutes or so to talk about why your house didn’t
sell and what needs to happen in order for it to sell at this point.

homes just like yours – that is extremely proactive and gets the job done.
