Mobile communication has evolved greatly over time. People originally communicated by sending letters, then telegram was invented in 1835 which allowed faster communication. Pagers were then invented in 1949 which allowed one-way communication, followed by mobile phones in 1973 which allowed two-way communication and have now become essential for keeping in touch with friends and family around the world.
