The document presents a three-layer framework for mobile data collection in wireless sensor networks, employing a distributed load balanced clustering and dual data uploading approach called LBC-DDU. This system aims to enhance scalability, network longevity, and reduce data collection latency by generating multiple cluster heads per cluster and utilizing a mobile collector (sencar) with MU-MIMO technology for efficient data gathering. Simulation results indicate that the proposed framework significantly improves energy efficiency and speeds up data collection compared to existing methods.
