This document presents a model for continuous learning with three key components: the learning environment, the learner, and resources.
1) The learning environment can range from exploratory to facilitated, with exploratory environments providing more freedom for trial and error and facilitated providing more structure and guidance.
2) Learners' motivation, knowledge of what to learn, and understanding of importance can vary from higher to lower.
3) Learning resources can range from higher to lower quality/accuracy and from more to less accessible and relevant. The model incorporates live virtual, application, and asynchronous interactions to support continuous learning.
