filtering guards list from resigned , over age , terminated , etc… as per operations
recommendation.
• Appling online for general PSBD renewal or Nominations for special sectors (bank ,hotel
,hospital) as per operations requirements .
• Fill up applying form &hand over to company representative to send to Private security
business department government office .
• Follow up security approval status for the applied guards & prepare exam time form , hand it
over to representative to pay for exam time .
• Sending E-mail with time of exam list for operation coordinators ,camp coordinators,
supervisors to inform the guards and arrange transportation in time of exam.
• Sending E-mail for all concern persons with exam results list , prepare license fees form to
issue the new licenses for the exam passed guards.
• Fill up re exam form for failed guards to send them again for second chance .
• Follow up re exam status , issue license for passed guards , send e-mail to concerned persons
with results of re exam to update them list & cut re exam feed from the failed guards .
