This MOOC is a four-week nutrition course from the University of Aberdeen that covers topics like understanding human nutrition, current concepts of diet and health, and nutrition controversies. The student chose this MOOC to expand her knowledge of healthy eating habits both to educate her learners and family, and to become a healthier person. Her expectations are to learn more about her field of study, interact with others in the same field, and enrich one another through sharing ideas and thoughts.
