Key aspects included admins getting comfortable with Lightning first, engaging key user personas through focus groups to provide feedback, and going live once configurations and training were complete. JLL defined personas, conducted design sessions to get input, and monitored adoption using a Lightning tracker app. Their users appreciated the improved dashboards and ability to customize the experience through Lightning apps. Continued feedback and feature rollouts helped drive further Lightning adoption.
