MASKING SYSTEM MP FineLineTape MASKING SYSTEM Product Description: NON-PAINTS CAR 3000 MP FineLineTape is the perfect product for masking PL 07-22 / M-S 040 work on multi colour and design painting suitable for curves with extremely tight radius as well as for straight lines. MP FineLineTape is made of an extremely thin material (0,12 mm) and therefore produces almost no edges during painting. Due to the high temperature resistance, up to approx. 120°C, MP FineLineTape is also suitable for several sucessive drying processes in the body shop, which are often necessary for multi colour and design painting. MP FineLineTape adheres on many different substrates and saves repetitive masking for multi colour and design painting due to the high quality. The special carrier material ensures perfect results when properly used, also for use with water-based paints. - 2. Fine Line Tape Green Characteristics 4CR 1170 High Temperature Fine Line Tape uses a thermally stabilized PVC backing with a rubber based pressure sensitive adhesive. This tape is designed to offer a high degree of conformability without excessive stretch. 4CR 1170 will hold and cleanly remove from surfaces in temperatures up to 132°C for at least 30 minutes. 4CR 1170 assures the user of a quick laydown, no residue on demask and a sharp, clean separation line.
