This document announces a panel at SXSW 2015 on managing corporate crises. The panel will provide advice from experts on developing crisis management plans, making real-time decisions during a crisis as it unfolds under public and media scrutiny, conducting mock interviews to prepare for media appearances during tough circumstances, riding out criticism until the tide turns, and repairing a reputation after a crisis through preparedness and social media monitoring. The panelists are principals from The Incite Agency and include former White House and campaign press secretaries.
