Indocement Management Trainee  2007 This presentation demonstrates the new capabilities of People through examples. You can  see changes  everywhere moving rapidly  in unusual ways.  This presentation is dedicated to give you great ideas for life you’ll create in this  very unpredictable world!
MT Responsibilities The purpose of the MT position is :  To qualify individuals for management functions within the organization. Management functions: plan and direct the work of the organization, set policy, establish channels of communication, and evaluate the work that is done.  These functions require knowledge, skills, and judgment to be well developed.
The idea of a management trainee job is to evaluate the trainee's  leadership, decision-making, problem solving, communication and organization skills , then find their niche in the company.  Basically, trainees will progress and succeed based on  how hard they work and the area where they excel .

The Power of Change It will create disharmony, ruin  our routinized life, and  shatter  orderly manner. Don’t see only from negative side, because it’s also offer you abundance opportunities for us to explore new things, to try something we never have before, and to gain new success. Be like a butterfly, you color the world beautifully, fine the world with your sweet honey, and help other unity in happiness. To do so, you have to change yourself first before you change the world, because  Improvement is started with I not U ! Do change your bad behavior like this creature  that never stop eating  green leaves, to a nice  and  beautiful butterfly. Be Like This…

Work  Excellence, too! Don’t compromise with quality! Because what customer pay to your company is  the value they got from you, that is the Quality of your products or services. Mix It Up! Your products or services should be  customizable. You can mix and match  things and relationships to create different thing that  more than standard . Just like colors, you can create thousands and thousands colors every time. it’s  Creativity !
