Traditionalists How they work Stable, detail-oriented, thorough, loyal and hard-working Their preferences Not comfortable with ambiguity or change Reluctant to buck the system Uncomfortable with conflict Reticent when they disagree Formal feedback Prefer one-on-one training Face to face meetings
