This document discusses the development of a multivariate model to benchmark quality prediction parameters in building maintenance works. It begins with an introduction on the importance of quality assurance in construction. A literature review is then presented on previous studies related to factors affecting construction quality. The document then describes the research methods, which included distributing questionnaires to construction professionals and analyzing the data using factor analysis and stepwise multiple regression. The goal of the research was to develop a total maintenance operation management model that incorporates key quality parameters to help practitioners monitor and improve quality in building maintenance works.
