This document presents the Mental Vision platform, which provides a unified framework for 3D graphics across different devices for education, research, and virtual reality applications. It describes the architecture of Mental Vision, including the MVisio graphics engine, pedagogical modules, and support for low-cost CAVE and wearable systems. Benchmark results show frame rates achieved on different platforms like PDA, PC, and CAVE. Case studies demonstrate applications in student projects and research. The conclusion discusses how Mental Vision allows graphics to be used from mobile devices to large immersive systems in a cost-effective way for both experts and students.
