This document describes Juhi Sondhi's journey to improve her skills in delegation and giving/receiving feedback. Through self-reflection triggered by coaching feedback, she realized the need to stop micromanaging and learn to delegate effectively. Her process involved research, workshops, e-learning modules and coaching sessions. For delegation, she worked on self-assessment, understanding barriers, and implementing a 5-step process. Similarly for feedback, she took tests to understand her tendencies and sought various resources to learn effective giving and receiving of feedback. The outcomes were increased trust, productivity and leadership skills through delegation, and ability to have constructive feedback exchanges.
