Ahmed Elshahat Abd Elazim Rezk is currently working as a Contact Center Agent at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Sharjah, UAE. He has a B.Sc. in Commerce from Almansoura University in Egypt and has taken customer service courses. He is fluent in Arabic and English. Previously, he worked as the Department Head of Men's Wear at Landmark Group in the UAE and has also held customer service roles in Egypt. His objective is to work for high-level firms where he can continue enhancing his skills.
