                        •Display is separated from user.
                        •Acronymic as SAR (Spatial
                        Augmented Reality)

Advantages:-
Distinguished real and virtual reality.
No limited resolution or distortion of information.
Disadvantages:-
Inefficient in sunlight.
Requirement of surface for projection.
Tracking, Input devices and Computer
• Tracking the user’s hand and providing 6DoF
  interaction technique.

• A wand with a button and a smart phone that
  signals its position and orientation from
  camera images.

• The computer analyzes the sensed visual data
  to synthesize and position augmentations.
Software and Algorithm

• Image registration.
• Video tracking from visual odometry.
• Steps for Image registration :
  – Detect interest points.
  – Detect optical flow.
• SLAM (Simultaneous          Localization   And
  Mapping)

                     formation of virtual X-ray
