The test rig is a pneumatic system designed for safety, user-friendliness, and to meet all requirements in the design document. It allows an operator to independently perform all required tests. A Haskel pump is used which is reliable and requires little maintenance. The test rig is equipped to perform static pressure testing up to 3625 psi and includes pressure transmitters, filters, and proportional pressure regulators for controlled filling. CO2 and N2 Haskel pumps can produce pressures up to 4500 PSI and the system can be controlled in auto mode or stopped with an emergency button.

With this Test Rig, Operator can work independently. The entire Test as specified can be done on this Test Rig.

- 5. Arrangement to carry out static pressure testing of a maximum pressure of 3625psi. Pressure transmitter and Burdon gauge for pressure reading. Filters in the pneumatic lines. Proportional Pressure regulators are provided in the system for controlled filling. CO2 haskel pump(Air drive Pump) is provided with maximum outlet pressure of 4500 PSI. N2 haskel pump(Air drive Pump) is provided with maximum outlet pressure of 4500 PSI. HMI is provided on the front panel to control the system in Auto mode. Emergency stop button is provided on the front panel to Stop the system in any Worst condition .
