Based on application, invitation for selection interview
will be received/rejected.
Interviews must be held by TM and the VP iGCDP.
Expected duration of interview is 1 hour, scheduled
based on your timetable pasted in the application.

POSITION
The following section provides you with an overview about the Job
Descriptions for the different National Project Organising Committee
Roles. Each JD has specific goals and targets.
Please keep in mind that the final JD can be adjusted according to
local requirements.
Please note that there will be other responsibilities outside the
boundaries of the Job Description including general Project support
and running/fulfilling short term projects and actions.
NATIONAL PROJECT OCP & OC
You are responsible for:
1. Creation, development and delivery of National Projects
2. Ensuring interns have a high quality leadership development experience
3. Taking ownership for your National Project and being a pioneer for national
project implementation in AIESEC Indonesia.
You must be able to:
1. Work proactively as this is a new initiative for AIESEC Indonesia and it depends
on the individual capacity of OC members to develop the concept deliver to the
highest standards.
2. Display a strong sense of entrepreneurial outlook though taking risks, creating
new ideas and managing different opportunities in order to increase performance
and achieve outstanding results.
3. Have a strong sense of social responsibility and thus connection to the
implementation of the National Project for addressing societal needs in Indonesia.
This should translate into a strong personal commitment towards the deliverables
for the National Project.

Purpose:
To develop and deliver the National Project, support quality experiences for interns and manage and develop OC
members.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and strategy creation for the national project
implementation
a) Creation of budget and cash flow (supported by MC/LC - VPiGCDP)
b) Creation of project timeline
c) Adapt National Project JDs to local reality

4. Management of leadership of the interns
a )Preparation of EP forms
b) Matching management
c) Manager Intern Buddy program and ensure competency development of
interns
d) National Project reception booklet development
e) Service and Quality management and supervision
2. Management and Leadership of the OC team
f) Assist EPs with JD or TN issues
a) Team meeting management (at least once a week)
g)Assist EPs with logistical or service issues
b) Motivation and team building activities for the team
h) Supervision of Personal appraisal and feedback process for EP, TN and
c) ensure knowledge and competency development for team members AIESEC.

e) Output after each team meeting for the VP iGCDP

and realization for the summer peak in
Projects as well as some AdHoc.

aspects to the project.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Showcasing of iGCDP projects
2. Oversee implementation of marketing strategies
a) Certify and design campaign materials
3. Creation, development and implementation of program events.
a) Create concept and run events/roadshow for the project
b) Organize event planning and development for the roadshow.

Purpose:
To develop and deliver the National Project through management of financial sustainability and development and delivery of project events.

Interviews must be held by TM and the VP iGCDP. Expected duration of interview is 1 hour, scheduled based on your timetable pasted in the application.   • 5. POSITION The following section provides you with an overview about the Job Descriptions for the different National Project Organising Committee Roles. Each JD has specific goals and targets. Please keep in mind that the final JD can be adjusted according to local requirements. Please note that there will be other responsibilities outside the boundaries of the Job Description including general Project support and running/fulfilling short term projects and actions.
  • 6. NATIONAL PROJECT OCP & OC You are responsible for: 1. Creation, development and delivery of National Projects 2. Ensuring interns have a high quality leadership development experience 3. Taking ownership for your National Project and being a pioneer for national project implementation in AIESEC Indonesia. You must be able to: 1. Work proactively as this is a new initiative for AIESEC Indonesia and it depends on the individual capacity of OC members to develop the concept deliver to the highest standards. 2. Display a strong sense of entrepreneurial outlook though taking risks, creating new ideas and managing different opportunities in order to increase performance and achieve outstanding results. 3. Have a strong sense of social responsibility and thus connection to the implementation of the National Project for addressing societal needs in Indonesia. This should translate into a strong personal commitment towards the deliverables for the National Project.

NATIONAL PROJECT OCP The National Project OCP role is to lead the team of members for achieving effective implementation of the new national project. } OCP OCP is the final responsible for the planning and delivery of the project as well as ensuring their members receive a challenging and purposeful experience.   • 9. NATIONAL PROJECT OCP Purpose: To develop and deliver the National Project, support quality experiences for interns and manage and develop OC members. Main Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and strategy creation for the national project implementation a) Creation of budget and cash flow (supported by MC/LC - VPiGCDP) b) Creation of project timeline c) Adapt National Project JDs to local reality 4. Management of leadership of the interns a )Preparation of EP forms b) Matching management c) Manager Intern Buddy program and ensure competency development of interns d) National Project reception booklet development e) Service and Quality management and supervision 2. Management and Leadership of the OC team f) Assist EPs with JD or TN issues a) Team meeting management (at least once a week) g)Assist EPs with logistical or service issues b) Motivation and team building activities for the team h) Supervision of Personal appraisal and feedback process for EP, TN and c) ensure knowledge and competency development for team members AIESEC. d) Tracking members e) Output after each team meeting for the VP iGCDP 5. NATIONAL PROJECT OC TM This individual is in charge of the sales process from Selling, raising, matching and realization for the summer peak in Projects as well as some AdHoc. } OCP However in addition to the regular RAMA-RE role of an OC Projects, this member will be the main responsible for delivering the selection process and ensuring the use of GCM throughout. This individual will also be responsible for the Incoming Preparation Seminar, LEAD for Interns and the assignment and tracking of EP Buddy. Creation, development and implementation of program events. a) Create concept and run events/roadshow for the project b) Organize event planning and development for the roadshow. Development of appropriate financial management tools for the optimization of national project. 5. Organization and supervision of logistics for project events 6. Manage fundraising and organize venue 3. Cash Flow Management 7. Final Steps a) Reporting of financial timeline and status throughout the project to ensure financial viability for the renewal of the national project.
