Are you Searching for answers to these questions?
• 12,00,000 students take admission in B-Tech or B.E
programme every year. How many of them come to
my college?
• Why my teachers are not giving more time to
students?
• What should I do for exam preparation of my
students like CAT , CMAT , GATE , GRE , GSAT etc?
• How More and more companies will come to us?
• Why my students placement is not 100%?
• ARE STUDENTS INTRESTED IN STUDIES?
Does your student consider college as temple of education or
simply a placement center
If you are not getting answer of any of above question then your institute
is facing problem which needs to be divided in three part
NEED OF COLLEGE
Need of student
What College Needs?
Student admission
Students placement
Profit Maximization
Teachers satisfaction
Knowledge enhancement
Students preparation for exams
Over All development of student
Increase interest of students in education
Student Admission
• Admission of students depends largely on past year result
and probably only profitable methodology in terms of
students admission, As our current students is largest pool
of Marketers an institute has.
• As soon as last year students get out of college they
become brand ambassador of college thus we need to
make them satisfied through out there time with us.
Student Placement
Students placement has become major area of
concern for every institute in coming days. Apart
from top 100 colleges including Management and B-
Tech , Most of colleges are facing problem in terms
of placement.
Better to emphasize on growth of students than to
simply get fooled by consultants.
Can consultant really get job for your kids or its just
your students whose capabilities can get him/her
job.
How many times you want to get fooled by
consultant?
Reasons for Problem in Placement
Colleges being cheated by consultants.
Improper growth of students.
Lack of communication skills.
Lack of subject knowledge.
Lack of Basic Aptitude.
Lack of current affairs.
Lack of Interest
Lack of Motivation
Lack of Role Models
Colleges being cheated by consultants
Colleges should not remain dependent on
consultants , as consultants can not add any value to
students apart from false promises and charging
heavily from you to believe on those false promises.
Emphasis on Long term goals then short term goals
of getting job through consultants and falling prey
and get cheated time and again
Value Addition of students.
• Value addition in knowledge level of students has
decreased and students needs to be motivated for
their skill development.
• Projects must be done by students on there own and
faculty must only act as helping hand.
• Innovative projects must be given to students which
they can not copy paste from any where.
• More Interactive learning medium should be
adopted which creates interest and motivation for
Students
Activity Based Learning
Our entire focus is on
activity based learning
where we will use social
media , Internet and
Online Platforms as the
preferred and tested tool.
Target Oriented and Skill
based learning generates
interest and thus
excellent results
To keep the interest in
test and education
system going in college,
we have adopted Level
based learning process.
Students starts with Zero
Level and slowly builds
up and learn through to
reach Advanced Levels.
WE ARE GIVING WRONG MEDICINE TO OUR STUDENTS ,
WE NEED TO SIMPLY INCREASE THERE INTEREST
TOWARDS GETTING SKILLED. THEY KNOW VERY WELL
WHERE THEY STAND
Tests like AMCAT or ELITMUS can only tell , where
your students lie at this juncture , where as what you
need is “How to enhance skills of students”
IF TEACHERS ARE NOT ABLE TO INCREASE
INTREST OF STUDENTS IN EDUCATION THEN
METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING NEEDS TO BE
CHANGED SIMPLY
Communication skills
Reading skills
Writing skills
Group Discussion
Conversation Skills
How to behave during interview.
Solution
• We will make students read there Text books and
assignments again with a News paper article.
• We will also address issue of Group Discussion where
student feel problem in speaking during GD or an
Interview.
• We will bring confidence and remove fear factor.
• With help of social media , we will encourage students with
support of college in reading there assignments or course
material again and again and write them again for practice.
• Online Test Practice will help students in knowing about
different examinations
Lack of Domain Knowledge
• Improper reading causes lack of domain knowledge , so the
real problem is reading and writing habits which needs to
be encouraged.
• With help of Social media , we have devised methodology to
engage students on social media platforms like Facebook ,
Twitter etc where they would be taught there own subjects
in new way.
• Students will write in there social media profile about what
they have read in class. THIS WILL MATTER A LOT
Aptitude Test
• Aptitude skills has been key area of concern amongst
Indian students and has been a matter of International
concern.
• Tests like AMCAT or ELitmus can only tell , where your
students lie.
• UN Report suggests that only 12% of Indian students are
good enough in there Aptitude and employable.
• Where does your students lie. In 12% or remaining 88%
Solution
Regular Aptitude test with area enhancement report
requirement on regular basis.
Test on different parameters from day of entering to
college.
Go slow with students from Easy to Difficult options.
We encourage students for online test by keeping
there interest live in subject from first year of college
but only with support and guidance from college
Types of Online Test with US
Aptitude Test
Reasoning Test
Verbal Ability Test
Analytical Ability Test
Paragraph Writing Test
Semester Examination Test
Research Paper Test Modules
AND MANY MORE WHICH WE CAN NOT PUT IN HERE
iTest Assessment

extensively and have developed games which not

Games are one of the most interesting and addictive
ways of learning.
Combined with educational content can make them
killer learning platforms.
Brain Games are designed to improve the Cognitive
skills which will help them improve students
memory and concentration.
Brain Games Improves the ability to analyze

The way Forward
We have taken this initiative to provide a platform
and our expertise to every student and Institution
without any extra financial burden.
Our Endeavor is to make every Student employable
and successful thus making a great Institution.
We will need help from colleges and faculties to
make this happen.
Together we can make this ecosystem as a successful
and sustainable model of inclusive growth.
