- 6. Go to the Employee portal on the School District Homepage
- 7. Select the link to the Novell Identity Manager
- 8. Login using your Novell username and password. (if you do not remember your username or password, see your school tech coordinator or call 439-2666)
- 9. You will be asked to set-up 7 challenge questions to verify your identity in the case of a lost password. Then, submit your responses.
- 10. You should immediately select Change Password from the Management Menu.
- 11. Choose your password using these guidelines.
- 12. Enter your old password, enter your new password once and again to verify. When finished, be sure to choose “Submit”.
- 13. And while it’s not truly “Universal”, it can be used to access a number of district services.
