- 2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide we’ll discuss the new Employee login screen in odoo 18 POS. The employee login screen in Odoo 18 POS is a feature that allows us to restrict access to the Point of Sale (POS) system to specific employees. This is crucial for maintaining security, tracking employee performance, and ensuring accountability.
- 3. Enterprise In the PoS module, we can find different point of sale and in settings, we can click on edit to enable login with employees. I
- 4. Enterprise Here we can enable the log in with employees option and also we can set employees having advanced rights.
- 5. Enterprise After that we can move to Employees module and set pin code for the employee under the tab HR settings. Also we can generate badge id using the generate button. After

- 8. Enterprise This is the new login screen for employee in POS. Here we have the current time and date widget. Also employee can login via three ways here. Here tap to scan option helps to scan the badge, for which we need a barcode scanner.
