- 2. FADE IN: INT. HOUSE - DAY There’s a TV inside a room that suddenly turns on with a static signal on the screen. The room is medium size and is comfortable. The TV is speaking but the words are cut up like the signal is breaking you hear this off screen. JEV 18 comes from the kitchen of the room and sits down at his sofa to watch his TV. JEV Why is my TV on already? Hello is anyone here? The TV turns from being static on the screen to a warp transition and flickers the static signal on again. JEV Huh? What's going on here? Some person with long hair covering their face and wearing a long white dress appears on the TV getting behind the tree setting up for a jump scare. JEV moves his position on the sofa and gets comfortable. The TV turns on fully and shows the tree with a grassy ground and there's nothing happening but the TV will have a black and green filter over the top of the footage on the TV. JEV How are you coming out of the TV? The camera shows a close up of the TV and the TV is showing the static image of a tree and the grassy ground that's in black and white. A woman with the long white dress and long hair covering their eyes is peeking from behind the tree to scare JEV. JEV questions what is happening with the TV. JEV Stay away from me, GET AWAY!! The woman comes out the TV and comes closer towards Jev. JEV *Screams gasping for air*
- 3. 2. Jev wakes up from the Nightmare that was happening with the TV and the woman and the phone starts to ring loudly. JEV (Nervously) Oh my god it was only a nightmare what is going on inside my head? Jev checks the TV and tries to turn it on but it doesn’t work. Jev gets up and walks towards the phone and picks it up to speak to some unknown number. THE CAMERA CLOSE UP OF THE TV, THE TV GETS STUCK ON A FRAME OF A PROGRAMME THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY ON THE SCREEN. The batteries out of the TV remote had fallen on the floor without JEV knowing. THE CAMERA SHOWS A CLOSE UP OF THE BATTERIES ON THE FLOOR. THE CAMERA DOES A CLOSE UP ON THE PHONE RINGING IN A FEW DIFFERENT ANGLES TILTED SLIGHTLY EACH TIME. Each camera angle moves closer to the phone and tilts slightly. As it does that the strings from Psycho starts to play from the shower scene. JEV doesn’t expect a call because people normally remind him when they are going to ring when they do call him. JEV picks up the phone and says hello. JEV (On the phone) Who is this? Hello? JOHN? JOHN is JEV’S best friend and goes out a lot with JEV they are like two peas in a pod but have only knew each other for one year. MYSTERIOUS PERSON (Over the phone) Hello what’s your favourite scary movie? JEV (On the phone) Who is this and what do you want I've seen this type of situation before!
- 4. 3. MYSTERIOUS PERSON (Over the phone) That’s not a movie I wonder what your feeling inside after that long nap of yours. JEV (On the phone) How'd you know I was asleep and what do you mean you want to know how I'm feeling, I’m terrified. Who is this before I call the police? MYSTERIOUS PERSON (Over the phone) Call the police and that will be the last thing you do. JEV is curious at this point he doesn’t know this person and he thinks about other movies his seen so he can come to a conclusion. JEV (On the phone) Tell me who this is now else I’ll call the police! The MYSTERIOUS PERSON over the phone sits on the call quietly with no sound coming from JEV’S phone what so ever so JEV impatiently huffs. The call hangs up after JEV huffs. JEV Time to call the cops! JEV is trying to call the cops and he fails because the phone lines went down Jevs other phone rings. JEV picks up the phone and says… JEV (On the phone) I swear if this is the same person from earlier… JEVS words get cut out because the person over the phone interrupts him while he is saying a line. MYSTERIOUS PERSON (Over the phone) (Whispering) What have you done?
- 5. 4. The person on the phone starts to go quiet. JEV Huh? Okay. The police go past Jevs house the killers silhouette gets shown but not his face. JEV Finally the police I wonder who called them if I couldn’t JEV heads towards the door to escape his building but the killer comes behind him as he tries to open the door. FADE OUT. JEV Open up! Help!! The screen will fade out and the killers weapon will come out and make a sound.
