- 6. Project Management (NGBPM)NGBPM offers newly created or newly based (International) real estate companies the opportunity to consult with the group. NGB is able to serve as a project manager for Commercial, Industrial and Residential real estate projects.Aligning with the group helps firms avoid making grave errors which result in the lost of their project and eventually lost of their investment . Our in-depth knowledge of the system, market and industry, combine with our highly experience and trained team, pooled with our professional and financial networks assist in creating the best suited team with the goal of developing and delivering the project at hand in a timely fashion. Understanding the investors/partners needs and desires is an essential aspect of project management.
