Nourishing Circle
A guided community experience for self-employed women, to
explore ways to tune in and nourish their body with delicious,
mostly plant-based, food. And, have fun while doing it!

Hey self-employed woman, looking to
feel better in your body, around food,
and in your kitchen?
Join Nourishing Circle to enter a space where you can
prioritize your health and body without it feeling like another
chore.
You make the commitment. We’ll design the journey to back you
up along the way so you don’t have to worry about figuring out
what to do each week, and you to get curious/just try the simple
experiments to discover what works for you.

  • #3: @monisha I like support system but I feel that it only represent the accountability and support and not about the framework with the habits which I think is key. How about “Transformation journey” “Planned journey or direction” “Guided habit building journey” “Mastermind” → a Nourishing mastermind - Think of it as your mastermind for your for your nutrition to support your career goal Also I really want to make sure people know straight away I’m about plant-based food because I feel this is a big selling point
  • #4: *You make the commitment to prioritize your health. We’ll bring the “framework” (I don’t like the word but I can’t think of anything else - I want to make sure to share about the challenges/habits and that’s it’s not just about community support I want them to feel reassured that there is a step by step process they just have to follow which removes the undecision and not knowing what to do) and support system to back you along the way.
  • #5: 2nd paragraph suggestion: You’re done dieting, you know need a different approach but don’t know where to start. 3rd paragraph: maybe add “all while having fun* You bring your knowledge, the tools and experience from working with people, Key pillars in simple experiments - and you have options within each experiment. Then you get to find what variation of that experiment would work for you. Key areas, and pillars Overarching journey/

  • #7: 1st paragraph Challenges: I don’t know if challenge is also adding too much pressure here are some other options I’m thinking of: - Nourishing Challenges - Nourishing Journey supported/guided by Nourishing challenges - Experiments - Food experiment - Ritual → I want to make sure it’s understandable that everyone in NC goes through the same “habit/challenge/experiment” but that it’s customizable A science-based approach that is not based on willpower. Each week you get 1 new challenge to help you create a new healthy foodie habit. ← I want to make sure people always know it’s food focused. 2nd paragraph Again here I want to make sure to not just say health but also put the emphasis on food. That yes you improve your health through food. 3rd paragraph To help you save time in the kitchen and learn how to make quick and healthy plant-based meals. And, actually enjoy the process! Different ones, whatever feels the best, and whatever supports themselve sin their goals that can be kept At the end of the three months -- or in the middle -- do a call on habits or something recorded so that they can have access to it
  • #8: Weekly challenges are designed to help you improve your: Nutrition Relationship to Food Cooking Skills
  • #9: Instead of Q&A could be “customize your challenge to fit your needs” “Complete” → There won’t be completing the challenge the last day necessarily so I’m not sure about this word. “Reflect” I love that word and I want to add the word “learning” or “get to know yourself better on what works for you or doesn’t” self-exploration journey Also we need to add “live event” in there
