                     Technology description
                            • Remote sensing data will be sourced through
various agencies (Google, ISRO,Geo Eye, etc.).
                            • Photogrammetry and other image processing
algorithms will be used for feature extraction and
                              classification.
                            • Rule engine will apply statutory rules to the
extracted features to check for conformance with
                              local and national laws.
                            • Any feature failing this check will be flagged for
review and followup by the contracting agency.

                     Case Study
                     CRZ norm specifies
Between 0-200 meters from HTL (High Tide Line) is
a no development zone where no construction shall
                     be permitted.
Distinguishing between the uniform shade and the
noisy patterns we get the coast line (in red) checking
for regular geometric shapes we identify a
construction within 20 meters from the shore.

                                                                  m
                                                             20
