Jeans are a good example of a global product; they require a number of components from different countries. Fourteen countries are involved in the manufacturing of ‘Style Jeans’. Most of the countries involved are located in the continent of Europe. The majority of the primary products needed for the creation of the jeans are from LEDCs , whilst the majority of the manufacturing of the component products for the jeans are from MEDCs.
