This document describes an office automation system using a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to control various systems like the entry gate, fire detection, and lighting. The system is designed to save power, reduce manpower needs, and provide fire safety. A keypad allows visitors to enter a code to open the automated entry gate. Flame sensors detect fires and trigger the PLC to sound alarms and activate water valves. Lights in staircases and offices turn on and off automatically on a timer-based schedule to save electricity. The PLC integrates these automated controls and safety features to improve office operations.
