Claes Oldenburg is a Swedish-born American artist known for creating large, soft sculptures that are replicas of everyday objects. Some of his most famous works include Floor Burger, Floor Cake, and Floor Cone, which were created in 1962 and depict everyday food items blown up to massive sizes but made out of soft materials instead of their usual substance.
