Introduction
Online Food Ordering System project is aimed
at developing a complete online food ordering
system for use in the food service industry
which will allow the restaurants to quickly and
easily manage an online menu which customer
can browse and use to place orders with just a
few clicks.
Objectives
• Streamline the Ordering Process
• Simplify user interactions for placing orders to save time and reduce errors.
• Enhance User Experience
• Provide a user-friendly interface that allows customers to easily browse
menus, customize orders, and complete transactions.
• Real-Time Order Tracking
• Enable customers to track their orders in real-time, from preparation to
delivery.
• Facilitate Menu Management
• Allow restaurant owners to easily update menus, prices, and specials
without technical assistance.
Objectives
• Improve Customer Engagement
• Implement features like ratings, reviews, and loyalty programs to
foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide Analytical Insights
• Generate reports on sales, customer preferences, and order trends to
help restaurants make data-driven decisions.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency
• Automate order processing to reduce manual errors and improve
kitchen workflow.
