This document discusses an adaptive receiver design for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems that utilizes a two-path conjugate transmission approach to effectively cancel inter-carrier interference (ICI). The proposed method incorporates a fast least mean square algorithm to enhance carrier-to-interference ratio and signal-to-noise ratio, achieving high spectral efficiency and reducing bit error rates despite the challenges posed by mobile environments and Doppler effects. Simulation results demonstrate that the new adaptive receiver outperforms existing techniques (CC and PRCC) under fast fading channel conditions, proving its effectiveness in mobile OFDM applications.
