JFR records diagnostic information, such as JVM and application events, on a continuous basis and makes that information always available, even in the wake of catastrophic failure such as a system crash. The JRockit Flight Recorder graphical user interface, which enables analysis of flight recording data, is available through the license of JRockit Mission Control.The short answer is not really. Although Forms 11g runs on Weblogic server only the Forms Listener Servlet (which is message broker that makes it possible for Forms to work through firewalls) and the Forms Servlet (used at startup) are written in Java and use the Weblogic Java runtime in 11g. The core Forms Server process is written in C and some C++ and so will not benefit from JRockit or WL Virtualisation.OVAB currently only supports weblogic server and the DB, although it will deploy the apps running ontop of WL I don't see it being advantageous here. The virtualisation option removes the OS layer, so more machine resources are available to weblogic, so it may help indirectly.
