This document introduces an Orchestration, Automation and Virtualization (OAV) Maturity Model. The model aims to help organizations measure their current OAV capabilities and identify areas for improvement. It establishes five levels of maturity: Sit, Crawl, Walk, Run, and Energize. These levels are defined across four dimensions: People & Organization, Vision & Strategy, Processes & Services, and Architecture & Technology. The document encourages organizations to use a provided survey to assess their current maturity levels, and to re-assess over time to track their progress in advancing OAV capabilities.
