- 1. Residential Projects: Design Development Drawing E. A. Lyke & Son Inc. Landscape And Pool Design Center Osgood Design Development I came into the project at the Design Development stage. I created the templates for the Design Development Drawings. My role in the project was to input all the necessary information into each of the Design Development Drawing sheets from the Landscape Designer using BricsCad with LandFX. I imputed planting using the LandFX program and created the planting legend in Excel for plant pricing. Demo: Shows existing conditions that need to be removed Plot Plan: Shows existing items and new hardscape and landscape areas to remain or be built. New site design features are called out for Detail and Section sheet Planting, Irrigation, Dimension, Drainage: Plan view of the respective information with legend and construction notes Detail and Sections: Information for design features to aid in the construction process • • • •
