This document summarizes the development of an RC airplane model called the Mini Gunia iMARS. It describes how the initial prototypes had issues with brittleness of the body material and low thrust from the motors. To address this, the group proposed solutions like using a more flexible Depron foam for the body and upgrading to higher output Emax brushless motors. They also replaced some equipment like the battery and servos to reduce weight while maintaining performance. These changes successfully made the body more durable, increased thrust, and reduced weight for better lift.
