1) The Cordillera Regional Development and Autonomy Program (CRDAP) aims to secure approval of an Autonomy Bill in the Cordillera region within 2 years and prepare the region for autonomous governance. 2) Key programs include information, education, and communication campaigns, alliance building, and capacity building targeting national and local government officials as well as communities. 3) Major milestones include passage of the Autonomy Bill into law by early 2013, a referendum on autonomy in March 2013, and synchronized elections for regional government in May 2013.
