Organisational Development Concepts (ODC), founded on December 15, 2010, provides HR consultancy and corporate training services across 14 cities with a network of 30 trainers and consultants. ODC specializes in leadership development and organizational improvement, targeting various management levels with government-funded training programs. The organization has served approximately 400 client companies and offers a range of programs focused on skills such as performance management and coaching.
