- 2. Smart Phone Smart phones are mainly used for communication, useful for everyone to connect via 3G or Wi-Fi. Smartphones such as iPhone 5 have a A6 chip which is Dual-Core processor.
- 3. Laptop Computer Laptop computers are portable and are not very powerful, they have okay internal and external components, this is because everything is minimised.
- 4. Tablet iPad 3 is a good example of a tablet, it has a A5X chip with quad-core graphics driver and a Retina Screen, it also has Siri. It is a portable device which has 10 hours of battery life, it come with Wi-Fi and service connections, but you have to pay extra for the 3G capabilities.
- 5. Base Unit This contains some advanced internal devices because it can handle more. It is not portable, Medium powerful, it is okay for playing games on, used in home everywhere also used in offices.
- 6. Server Good for hosting games on, they can also be used for servers as well as games servers. It mainly is used for running services.
- 7. Digital Camera Used for home use, low spec, sometimes have LCD screens for picture viewing. External memory and battery.
- 8. Embedded Computer These are used in planes, cars etc. These help the user control the plane, car etc. The computers help run the devices needed to use and make functional the plane, car etc.
