PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is important for schools for several reasons. It promotes physical health through activities, exercise, and developing healthy habits. It also supports personal development by teaching interpersonal skills, personal growth, safety, and health choices. The five main skills gained are communicating, decision making, interacting, moving, and problem solving. Without PDHPE, students could experience poor concentration, unhealthy behaviors, relationship issues, and increased risk of sickness.
