CONSIDERATE & CONSCIENTIOUS I carefully consider my words and actions for the ramifications they may have. I do not intentionally speak or act in ways that may hurt another. RESPONSIBLE I do what I say. I own my own words and actions. I do not find fault or lay blame – I resolve problems through open consultation. FAIR I am sensitive to inherent power imbalances due to age, race, socio economics, and gender. When possible I advocate the rights of those less powerful. JUST I regard every person as a complete individual and do not compromise their integrity or wellbeing for my own profit or reward – I treat every person as I would like to be treated. OPEN MINDED I recognize that every person and every opinion deserves to be heard and can lend insight. TRUSTING & TRUSTWORTHY I assume the best. I do not lie, deceive, or cheat in word or in action. I honour the trust invested in me. LOYAL I am cognisant of and true to the best interests of my family, my organization, my co workers, my clients, and myself. RESPECTFUL I am open to others’ opinions, aware of others’ autonomy, and respectful of others’ integrity.
