Intención: TC2.1 examina si y en qué medida la
entidad se relaciona con los inquilinos con respecto
a su satisfacción. Las encuestas de satisfacción de
los inquilinos ayudan a las entidades a comprender
los problemas críticos dentro de la cartera,
interactuar con sus inquilinos y aumentar la
satisfacción de los inquilinos, lo que puede
contribuir a mejorar las tasas de retención y la
productividad.
El uso de encuestas de satisfacción de inquilinos
ampliamente aplicadas debe traducirse en métricas
fácilmente interpretables que puedan ayudar a
analizar y comparar resultados, a pesar de las
