- 2. VISION Our vision is to enhance the user experience by introducing computer vision based applications for laptops, tablets and smartphones. We aim to provide solution to everyone who can use a gadget.
- 3. THE PROBLEM To control your computer or the things in your surroundings, you need some extra device or gadgets to give input to that particular system. This scenario will not be the same in future as today we observe. Generally, there is a need of more smart solution to give input to any particular system.
- 4. THE SOLUTION One possible and smart solution to the described problem is to give your input to any system using “gestures.” Simple gestures e.g. using your hand will able you to do the several tasks. In doing so, there will be no need of any extra device.
- 5. THE SOLUTION We aim to develop a computer and mobile application that will be able to monitor the several activities of the user in background process. The software will be able to take decision based upon the different gestures by users as input.

- 8. THE MARKET SIZE AND POTENTIAL Our target customers are those who know how to use a laptop or smartphone, so the target market is large. We see a vast market opportunity ahead of us because the IT sector in Pakistanis growing really fast. May be today, our idea may seem odd, but in future year, “using gestures as input” will be the core of operation of any digital device.
- 9. COMPETITIVE MAPPING Computer vision is an emerging field so we will not face tough competition in our field. Also economical engineering back up in Pakistan gives us an edge over foreign companies. Our company will offer economical and efficient apps which can easily be downloaded from the internet. Our product will not require any additional hardware other than the features and specs already present in any laptop, gaming console or cell phone.
