- 3. Fonts I decided to choose a selection of fonts that appealed to me and then allow my target audience to choose from my favourites.
- 4. 1 2 2 2 I conducted a survey to find out what font my target audience (teenagers – mid twenties) to help me decide one I should use as my final font. Green piloww Agnes Serif Display Crystal Lighting Bobsmade Madison Avenue The survey concludes that Bobsmade, Madison Avenue and Green Piloww are the most popular.
- 5. 5 1 2 5 Green Piloww Agnes serif Display Crystal Lighting Bobsmade Madison Avenue This survey shows that the name “elektrow” is more popular than the name “flexx” and therefore this is the name that I will be using. Also “Display” and “Green Piloww” have equal popularity and therefore I shall experiment with colours and images to see which font suits my chosen colours and images best.
- 6. I conducted a survey of my target audience to find out which colour scheme they would prefer to see on my magazine. The majority of people would like to see bright, bold and quirky colours throughout as this is what they think of when they hear the music genre Electro. Taking the preferred types of colours into account, I will construct a number of tester colour schemes. C o l o u r S c h e m e
- 7. 6 4 1 My target audience have chosen colour scheme number one, (pink, green and grey) as their colour scheme. I will use this colour scheme to begin with and, if extra colours are needed, introduce the second colour scheme into it. For example, if I use the colours pink green and grey and I need other colours, the colour orange will be introduced and then blue.
