- 3. Click on the “Sign up Free” button.
- 4. Fill out all the necessary information. Click on “Create account” when done.
- 5. To begin creating your survey, write its title on the space provided and then click “Create survey!”
- 6. Create your custom theme by selecting from the drop-down menu in the “Design Survey” folder.
- 7. Click on the “Add Question” button.
- 8. A pop-up window will appear. Choose your question type from the drop-down menu.
- 9. A pop-up window will appear. Modify the question to your liking.
- 10. When done formatting your questions, you can click on the “Preview Survey” button.
- 11. A pop-up window containing your survey will appear.
- 12. Next, click on the “Collect Responses” Tab.
- 13. Choose the method you’d like your responses collected.
- 14. Click on either of the two “Next Step” buttons.
- 15. Copy and paste the survey link as shown to your e-mail so that the respondents can answer it.
- 16. When you click on the “Analyze Results” tab, the current survey results are broken down for you.
