• Status:
– No Consensus returned to list
– Support for 2 year hold requirement
– Little support for M&A limitation

management and Final /8 exhaustion
• Author:
– Tomohiro Fujisaki
• Objectives:
– Place returned 103/8 blocks to Final /8 pool
– Close Final /8 pool after exhaustion
– Place all returned address into a single recovered pool
• Status:
– Partial Consensus
– Support for returning 103/8 blocks to Final /8 pool
– Final /8 exhaustion plan not supported

– Introduce new needs criteria for inter-RIR transfers that require it
