- 2. ©Moby2 Ltd. 20162 European Project: Cluster presentation design Creative Gabrovo The project was implemented in 2015, with the creation of the cluster presentation design Creative Gabrovo. International cultural forum was organized and four seminars were held for increasing the competences of the cluster's team. A business plan was created, together with mapping of the creative sector and the cultural industries, and a marketing research and an analysis of the potential markets in the cluster. In the framework of this project we created a prototype for an online arts auction - Gabrovo. Project in support of Gabrovo's candidacy for European Capital of Culture - GabrovoLike.me, 2014 Creation of a Facebook campaign Gabrovolike.me, for Gabrovo's candidacy for European Capital of Culture. Creation and update of site for Vidin municipality, 2014 Moby2 is the creator of the official webpage of Vidin municipality, and in 2014 it was updated. The project was created by a team of experts from Moby2 - http://vidin.bg. The website is optimized for dynamic display of news ordered in categories. This allows the visitor to get acquainted with all of the rich information about the functions and services of the municipality. In addition to the up to date information for the departments in the municipal administration, the website offers information on the business and tourism resources of Vidin municipality. In order to easily inform the visitors, our team introduced central, visually intuitive slider for displaying the pages. European Project: Communication skills and customer service(NSSI), 2014 Moby2 Ltd. began a project for conducting trainings about "Communication skills for customer service", accomplished with the financial support of OP "Administrative capacity", co-financed by the European Union via the European Social Fund. The participants were representatives of the territorial divisions of the National Social Security Institute (NSSI). They were 282 people, from 28 cities, from the whole country. - 3. ©Moby2 Ltd. 20163 European Project: Improving the working conditions in ELECTROSTART AD, 2014 The project was accomplished with the financial support of operative program "Development of the human resources", co-financed by the European Union via the European Social Fund. The aim of the project was to lower the work accidents in the areas of "Human resources and psychology", "Electric engineering", "Work medicine", "Chemistry", and "Industrial management and business administration". A 90-minute movie was created, dubbed both in Bulgarian and English, with subtitles in seven languages. Also a YouTube campaign was made for the project - Western Balkan Mountains A web application was made, which allows the tourists to acquaint themselves beforehand with the landmarks they can visit, both in Bulgarian and English. In the application everyone can find information about a landmark of his own choosing, by reading more about it, look through the gallery and video. Part of the advertising campaign was the creation of a Facebook campaign - The unrevealed secret of the Western Balkan Mountains - Varshets, Berkovitsa and Godetch. European Project: Leadership skills (Municipal administration Varshets), 2013 In 2013, Moby2 Ltd., executed the project "Municipal administration Varshets - competent and effective", accomplished with the financial support of operative program "Administrative capacity", cofinanced by the European Union via the European Social Fund. The project included three positions for organizing and executing trainings. The main themes in the program were about: Leadership competences - defining the main leadership competences, Techniques for improving the results of others and our own, Techniques for pleasant, cooperative work. The project included three positions for organizing and executing trainings. The main themes in the program were about: Organizational management as a process, Introduction and general presentation of the strategic planning process, Strategic decisions in the organization, Implementation of the strategy and control, Discussion and brainstorming about the priorities and strategic goals for the development of the municipality in the future. European Project: Work with citizens from the vulnerable groups (Municipal administration Varshets), 2013 In 2013, Moby2 Ltd., executed the project "Municipal administration Varshets - competent and effective", accomplished with the financial support of operative program "Administrative capacity", cofinanced by the European Union via the European Social Fund. The project included three positions for organizing and executing trainings. The main themes in the program were about: The young people at risk, Specifics of the citizens from minority groups, Prevention and intervention among the risk groups, Communication - general concepts and key regularities, Specifics of the communication with risk groups, Conflict management skills, Actions in critical situations and others. Execution of 3 trainings and 2 diagnostics of Municipal administration Varshets, 2008, 2011, 2013 Execution of trainings for the municipal administration and municipal council of Varshets. In the framework of the training important topics were considered, which led to more effective management in the public institutions - time management, task prioritization, managerial skills for assignment, delegation and effective conduct of meetings. Consultation of the organizational scheme and diagnostics of the municipality's human resources - 60 people, both hired and current candidates, working in managerial and administrative positions. Analysis of the existing organizational scheme, a package of cognitive personality tests, questionnaire method, individual interview with all the participants and creation of individual personality profiles.
