- 2. What gender are you? Female Male 12 out of the 20 people we questioned for our post questionnaire were female, and 8 were male. 40% We had a larger proportion of females than males who took our questionnaire as our target audience is 60% mainly women, as our film has only female characters and therefore it would be harder for males to relate to our film.
- 3. What age category do you fit in to? 15-20 21+ These results show that the majority of the people we surveyed were 25% between the age of 15- 20, 15 people being 15- 20 and 5 being 21+, this shows that out of our target audience, more young people would 75% watch it.
- 4. From watching our short film, is it easy to recognise our Yes No genre? Asking this question 15% allowed us to know whether our genre was easy to establish. Out of all 20 people we surveyed, 17 people said that our genre was easy to establish whereas 3 said it wasn’t too easy. 85% This ensures that our genre was clearly shown throughout our film to majority of the people who answered our questionnaire.
- 5. After watching our film, was it clear who the protagonist (hero) and antagonist(villain) were? Yes No Sometimes This pie chart shows that overall, our of all the people we surveyed most of them found it clear who the 25% protagonist and antagonist were. Out of 20 people, 12 found it clear, 3 found it not clear and 5 found that sometimes, the protagonist 60% and antagonist weren’t as 15% clear.

Yes No Out of all the 20 people 10% surveyed, 18 of them answered yes to the sound matching the action in our production. 2 of the 20 said that some sound didn’t match. This is a good conclusion as it shows majority of the people asked thought our sound matched the action happening in our film. 90%
- 7. Do you believe the fonts used in the production were used appropriately? Yes No 5% 19 out of the 20 people surveyed thought the fonts used in our short film were appropriate and only 1 thought it wasn’t. This is good as it shows our fonts clearly mirror the plot and characters in our film. 95%

On a whole do you think the editor has made a smooth transition between the scenes? 17 out of the 20 people 18 who answered our 16 questionnaire thought the editor has made a 14 smooth transition 12 between the scenes 10 which is majority of the 17 people as only 3 8 answered no. This shows 6 our editor has 4 successfully edited our short film to a high 2 3 level, this made our 0 group confident that our Yes No film flowed well.

Yes No Out of the total people surveyed, 17 of them agreed they would recommend their friends to watch our film which is good as 15% its majority of the total people questioned and therefore it means they liked our film and would tell their friends to watch it which would ultimately increase 85% our viewers vastly.
- 10. After watching the film, do you believe the certification (15) of the film is suitable? Yes No Out of the 20 people who took our post questionnaire, 15 of these people answered yes which meant they thought the 25% rating of our film was suitable, leaving only 5 that said that didn’t think it was suitable. This is good as it ensures us that we have picked the correct age rating that majority of our audience agrees with. 75%
- 11. As we are covering an emotional topic, it is essential we are careful when covering it. Do you believe we have covered it significantly? Yes No 16 people thought we were careful when covering an emotional topic in our short 20% film, and 4 people thought we wasn’t. Majority people thought we covered it significantly which is a good thing as one of our main worries was that we didn’t want to offend anyone that could possibly be going through the same 80% experience as the protagonist in our short film.

Yes No 17 out of the total people who took our questionnaire thought 15% our storyline was clear which shows our director has successfully created a script which is clear to understand for our audience, and that our actors have effectively made our storyline clear through their acting skills. Only 3 said it wasn’t which is the minority of the total people who took this 85% questionnaire.
