The United States gave materials
and financial aid to the
Philippines on condition that the
Philippines constitution should
be amended in order to give the
americans the right in the
exploitation of the country’s
natural resources.

the Executive Order providing for
the restoration of the executive
departments of the government.
Department of Information as
part of department of Public
Instruction.
March 8 – Osmeña sore in the new
members of the cabinet.
