A customer profiling survey was conducted of 300 customers at Big Bazaar in Saharaganj, Lucknow. The survey found that most customers were salaried males between 21-30 years old who rented homes. Most customers traveled to Big Bazaar by bike or scooter and spent between Rs. 1000-1500 weekly. Big Bazaar was the most popular store visited at least once a month for goods purchases. Convenience and discounts were primary factors influencing customers.
