- 2. A PowerPoint presentation is a collection of electronic slides that can have text, pictures, graphics, tables, sound and video. This collection can run automatically or can be controlled by a presenter.
- 3. When you launch PowerPoint your screen will look like this. All of the tools you need are on the ribbon (highlighted). To type text simply click the box. - 8. Select Sound option a drop down menu will appear then choose a option for selecting a sound file. You also insert a movie from the file or from the clip art.
